Staff is very friendly, when I arrived it was Ms. Nona and the second day it was Ms. Phen. They are very kind and helpful. I appreciate them. The room is clean, tidy, and has a balcony where I could see the roads outside. It's good for those who like to stay a little far from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Very nice place to stay and rest after tired walking and eating on the day. A quiet place and not a busy place. Not really far from Lee Garden Plaza, Asean Night Market and Floating market. Easy to get transport to go there so no worries. Room are very comfortable and worth it for the price that I pay. Receptionist are helpful. Will book The 1 Place Hat Yai again for next trip.

The hotel's location is strategically located near the city center. There's a McDonald's on the ground floor if you're feeling hungry. At night, there's a night market in front of the hotel selling a variety of foods. We arrived at 10 a.m. and were allowed an early check-in. The staff at Lee Garden were very helpful, especially during check-in and check-out.
