The Shanghai Tower is open from 8:30 AM–10 PM, with the last admission at 9:30 PM. Tickets can be purchased online and are only valid for the selected date. Visitors can enter the tower two hours after booking confirmation.

How to Get There

By Metro

Traveling by Metro is a convenient option. Simply take Metro Line 2 and alight at Lujiazui Station. From there, head towards Exit 6 and walk approximately 500 meters (550 yards) south to reach the Shanghai Tower.

By Bus

There are several bus routes you can take:

City Sightseeing Bus Line 2 stops at Jin Mao Tower.

Buses 583, 799, 939, or Lujiazui Financial City Line 2 stop at Huayuan Shiqiaolu Dongtailu Station.

Buses 791, 870, 961, 985, or Lujiazui Financial City Loop Line stop at Lujiazui Huanlu Dongtailu Station. From there, it's a short walk to the tower.

By Ferry

For those who prefer a scenic route, you can take the ferry. Board either the Dongjin Line or Dongfu Line and disembark at Dongchang Road. From there, it's just a brief walk to reach the skyscraper.
