Ticket purchase information

  2. Choose your visit date, ticket category, and time slot.
  3. Select the number of tickets, then click Choose Ticket.
  4. Proceed to seat selection, pick your seat number, and click Buy Now.
  5. Enter payment details and complete the checkout process.
  6. Double-check your order summary and seat number before confirming the purchase.
  7. Provide valid ID details during the purchase.
  8. Complete payment within the given timeframe.
  9. Once the transaction is successful, you'll receive a confirmation email and e-ticket.
  10. Bring a valid ID matching your e-ticket name on the event day for entry.

Ticket policy


  • Tickets cannot be exchanged, refunded, or canceled.
  • Each ticket is valid for 1 visitor only.
  • Do not share or publish your e-ticket. Traveloka and the organizer are not responsible for misuse.
  • Tickets are valid only if purchased through official channels.
  • E-tickets cannot be reissued if lost.


Entry requirements


  • It is recommended to bring a printed voucher to avoid signal issues at the venue.
  • The ID presented must match the name on the ticket.
  • For e-ticket redemption by someone else, a Letter of Attorney with a Rp10,000 stamp is required.
  • Acceptable IDs: KTP/Driver’s License for Indonesians (17 years old and above) or Family Card Number (under 17 years old), Passport for foreigners.


Event & venue regulations


  • Arrive 60 minutes before the show.
  • No re-entry once you leave the venue.
  • Refunds for canceled events will follow organizer rules. The convenience fee is non-refundable.
  • No lockers available. Avoid bringing large bags.
  • The organizer and Traveloka are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
  • The organizer reserves the right to deny entry or remove visitors for misconduct, safety, or invalid tickets.
  • Visitors under the influence of drugs or alcohol may be denied entry.
  • The organizer reserves the right to change the venue, layout, date, and/or time if necessary.
  • Views may be obstructed due to audience height differences, viewing positions and structures, or production reasons. Refund or ticket changes are not available due to obstructed views.
  • The seating area will be darkened once the performance begins. Visitors must exercise caution and watch their step to ensure personal safety.

  • This event is suitable for all ages.
  • Free entry for children under 2 years without seating.
  • Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult (17 years old and above).


Recording rights


  • The organizer may record, photograph, or film event activities for broadcast or promotional use.

Yes, tickets are valid for customers from all countries.

Can I buy tickets for other people?

Yes, ensure you use the name and ID of the person attending when exchanging tickets.

I cannot use my Debit or Credit Card for the transaction

What is the maximum purchase per transaction?

Up to 8 tickets per transaction.

What is the minimum age to purchase tickets?

Free entry for children under 2 years old without seating.

  5. Choose your visit date, ticket category, and time slot.
  6. Select the number of tickets, then click Choose Ticket.
  7. Proceed to seat selection, pick your seat number, and click Buy Now.
  8. Enter payment details and complete the checkout process.
  9. Double-check your order summary and seat number before confirming the purchase.
  10. Provide valid ID details during the purchase.
  11. Complete payment within the given timeframe.

Note: You can purchase up to 8 tickets per transaction. If tickets are sold out, make sure you’re logged in and buying within the regular sales period.

When will I receive my e-ticket?

You will receive your e-ticket immediately after completing the payment.

Can I request a refund for my ticket?

Tickets are non-refundable according to promoter regulations.

Can I reschedule my ticket if I miss the show?

Unfortunately, tickets are non-rescheduleable and non-refundable for any reason, including sickness, accident, bad traffic, etc

Can I resell my ticket?

Tickets are transferable, but not for resale or commercial use. Violations may result in cancellation without refund.

Can I change or upgrade my ticket?

Once an e-ticket is issued, it cannot be changed or upgraded.

How long is my ticket valid for?

Your ticket is valid only for the date and time you selected.

What are the entry requirements?

Present your e-ticket at the venue gate with a valid ID.

Can I use the digital QR code from the Traveloka app or should I print it?

You can use either the digital or printed e-ticket. Printing is recommended in case of poor signal.

What if I lose my QR code before redemption?

Find your e-ticket on the My Booking page in the Traveloka app. Keep your e-ticket safe, the organizer is not responsible for its loss. Only the first person to check in with the same ticket code will be allowed entry. Present the digital or printed e-ticket at the venue gate for entry.

Are there queue numbers to enter the venue?

No, entry is on a first-come, first-served basis.

Is late entry allowed?

Yes, as long as you have your e-ticket and valid ID.

Can I take photos or videos?

Yes, but flashlights, professional cameras, or drones are not allowed.

Can I leave and re-enter the venue?

No. Re-entry is not allowed once you leave the venue.

What items are not allowed?

• Selfie sticks, umbrellas, and opened medications are not allowed to be used inside the venue. 

• Laser pointer, and outside food and drinks are strictly prohibited.

General Regulations

• For security, the organizer has the right to inspect all attendees' belongings at the security gate.

• The organizer is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items. It is recommended not to bring valuables.

• The organizer may remove any violators from the venue, and tickets are non-refundable.

• By participating, you agree to allow the organizer to use your images for video and audio recording.

• The organizer has the final decision in all matters.

When does the door open?

Entry starts 1 hour before showtime. Please check your ticket for the correct date and time, as there are multiple showtimes available.

I can get into the seat selection page, but there are no seats that I can select

If no seats are available, it means all tickets are being processed by other customers. Try selecting a different time or category, or wait for availability.

Which BCA Card Type is eligible for the priority benefits?

Presale tickets can only be purchased using BCA Virtual Account, BCA Oneklik, BCA Debit Mastercard, BCA Credit Card Visa/JCB/American Express Platinum Card.

How to purchase the ticket for BCA Cardholders?

1. BCA Card holders can purchase Disney On Ice tickets earlier than general sales.

2. This exclusive offer is available for all BCA Debit and Credit Cards.

3. Follow the purchase steps as mentioned, and when reaching the payment page, only BCA Debit and Credit Card options will be available.

4. After completing the payment, a confirmation email with your Disney On Ice e-ticket will be sent.



Why are only BCA Debit and Credit Card payment methods available?

The special selling period from 3 - 8 February 2026 and 5 - 8 February 2026 is exclusive to BCA cardholders and requires BCA Debit or Credit Cards for payment.

My QR code isn’t working at the entrance

Please contact the operator on-site for help. A printed ticket is recommended in case of a poor signal.

I cannot find my selected ticket when I am about to book

Please try the following:

  1. Refresh the page.
  2. Ensure you have a stable internet connection.
  3. Switch to a different device (Desktop is recommended).


I am being redirected to the home page when trying to pay. How can I complete my payment?

We apologize for the inconvenience. If you are experiencing this issue, you can try these 2 options to proceed with your payment:

  1. Please open the mobile website (mweb) again and continue your payment there.
  2. Alternatively, you can go to "My Booking" in the app, find your booking, and complete the payment from App.


Can I buy tickets together with other people?

Yes, but make sure to show all e-tickets.

I went back to the booking form after reaching the payment page. Can I proceed?

You cannot proceed as your booking details are already recorded. Go to "My Booking" to complete your payment for the pending booking.

I entered the wrong name or ID card number. What should I do?

Don’t worry. If the difference is minor, you can still enter the venue by simply showing your e-voucher. If you need further assistance, please reach out to the staff at the location.
