If you want antigen, the staff's action takes a very long time, even though in other places it comes, it's immediately plugged in, if you come here, fill out the form, waiting to be called even though there are no other patients, but it takes a very long time for the staff to prepare everything... the test results can't via e-mail...

there is only 1 staff to record customers and swabs, so I don't want to wait for the swab turn. I was told to wait for the results about +/-30 minutes, that time was only about 5 minutes. thanks.
