I've taken the package D+2, it arrived on time on the 11th because the flight was on the 13th. The queue was up to 1.5 hours. after being called, I showed the voucher from Traveloka. suddenly I was told to go home again with the officer, he said tomorrow because mine is the same day. I finally came home. The next morning I came back again and did a PCR, after arriving at my house in WA he said I was less than 100 thousand, because my package was not the same day. I was angry, yesterday I came rejected, today I was asked again 100 thousand. he said yesterday's officer was wrong. finally the officer who closed the 100 thousand today. the point is, please check carefully every voucher from Traveloka. for me it's not a matter of adding or not. but check carefully. even though Cito is a very experienced Lab since my childhood. thanks

I was on the way back home. and I remembered that I might need to do this C19 test. I quickly call the lab cito, is there any possibility for me to do the test that day itself. then they replied yes. then I remembered I can direct purchase from Traveloka, so quickly I opened my Traveloka and buy. indeed it is cheaper (not much) but I prefer the easiness. one thing that I feel not happy: after I did the test. they mentioned I have to back after 1 hour to get the result. before I did the test they told me, I can get the result online, no need to come back. they do not understand, for me to get back to the Lab is not possible. by the time 19.00 all of the road are closed due to PPKM. hence I have to collect the result in the morning day after, which is the Lab is super crowded, so scary. I am healthy person, once I left that place, I might be infected by covid 19, so many people at this lab.

It is unfortunate that transactions using Traveloka results must be retrieved and cannot be online.

the service is friendly and good, but because there are too many patients, they have to queue to go to CS for an hour. After that, immediately swab the antigen without queuing and the process is fast. just wait for the results for the next 1 hour.

The service is all fast and good, the results in shaa Allah are accurate and efficient through Traveloka, it's just that the receptionist is still a bit confused finding the voucher code on Traveloka
