The place is clean and comfortable, with good facilities such as a restaurant, shower rooms, and gazebos for guests to wait and relax. The staffs are also friendly and very accomodating when it comes to taking photos and videos. On the other hand, we can clearly see the trainers are using jab hooks on the elephants' head. It can be considered animal cruelty, so it kinda made me sad.

Really nice experience, the staff’s nice. Even though it was raining, umbrellas were provided to make sure we still enjoyed the park.

With the pandemic situation, it's still amazing to see the elephant safari is still very clean and neat. I remembered last time when I went there, it was crowded and there were some shows. Unfortunately, some animal lovers said that elephants are not supposed to be trained so harshly and actually they preferred to have the place closed down, however, the elephants need to have foods and also maintained. I just hope that this place will be open and will be busy again so the park can maintain its cleanliness and people can ride the elephants joyfully.

Everything was amazing though quite sad that all of the elephants were chained up with only a meter to move. Some of them seemed rather stressed.

One of the most enjoyable place that I've visited in Bali. The elephants were healthy and playful. There was a baby elephant too named Krisna, so cute! The staffs were friendly and helpful. They didn't mind to take your pictures as much as you want

The elephants are well cared for, the mas are all friendly and provide educational information about the elephants well, it's just a bit far from our hotel in Seminyak. Children all like it. The majority of foreign tourists here, maybe because the pricenya is quite high, but it's worth it really ...

Location was far away from my hotel in Seminyak. It took 2 hours to get there. But, it's paid off when arrived. This park was very good, clean, and well managed. We can do in touch closely with elephant by taking pictures and feeding elephant. They also provide riding with elephant as well. Recommend to visit when in Ubud, Bali.

A very special elephant ride with a beloved family. A pleasant and memorable experience can ride an elephant, touch directly, take pictures, be close while feeding, and see baby elephants suckling their mothers. Very lucky to be able to ride a smart elephant named Lucip and Tia. Can walk around to see the elephant museum and a very pleasant atmosphere due to natural conditions that are still natural, and the staff are friendly and ready to help.
