Sari was a great driver and got us to mount batur safely. She was very friendly and it was great talking to her about Bali and learning more. Ayu was our trekking guide and she was also very friendly and a great guide. She offered many breaks as needed and was very good about checking in on us at the more difficult or slippery parts. The sun rise was also beautiful to watch and afterwards we went to the hot springs to relax after the hike for about an hour. Sari also took us to the coffee plantation and Rice Fields after which was very nice of her since we hadn't seen those yet on our trip.

picked up and picked up by the driver (recommended: yoga) on time, the journey is smooth and doesn't make you nauseous, you don't have to wait long to be delivered safely back home. When you get there, you can get a guide (recommended: Margi) who not only helps you on the road but can also take good photo spots and cinematic videos, like hiring a photographer, you can joke around and be patient too, one that makes the trip not boring and fun. usually the most excited to participate in packaging like this but the time is not chased, according to the ability of the participants.

Our guide Nick was excellent and helped me a lot to get up the mountain (I had a long-standing ankle injury which meant I was slow).
I really enjoyed the experience, it was just a shame we didn’t see the sunrise because of all the fog!

our guide was Kak Danta, he was so helpful and thoughtful. we (my husband & I) have nothing to complain about him.
the only downside is his organization (or his company I would say) made us start the trekking from Pura Jati instead of toya bungkah or pura pasar agung.
the distance from pura jati is longer (2,5 hours) and it made us waste our energy on the first half just to reach pura pasar agung
As the result, we decided to reach first stop point then climbed download since we were already exhausted. thankfully we did that for the way back down is slippery and we might hurt ourselves if we were drained of energy.
kak Danta was always there to help us and checked if we're okay.

The guide's name is Ms. Sari. didn't expect us to get a girl guide. turned out to be good as a guide. up and down faster. plus the photos and videos are really good. I hope to see you again in Batur. We also use a driver named Dibya. the person is funny so it's a fun trip

The trip is amazing. We took the private tour package and it was worth it.
The tour guide is on time and she provided flash flight since we need to hike around 4am. We can choose which route based on our stamina, we chose the hardest but the shorter one.
The tour guide is also super friendly and accomodating throughout the trip. Really recommend this one.
