The waiting area is nice and comfortable, transportation can be free pick up, if outside the coverage area there is a charge of 75k/person, very worth it.

The journey to the top is not easy because it is uphill & sandy soil conditions, but it is all paid off by the extraordinary natural beauty. It takes 3-4 hours to get to the top (each person's condition is different), the point is it takes patience & strong determination 🫶🏻

The driver was very friendly and everything was well organized. The guide to Ijen crater was really funny and knowledgeable, and overall it was extremely tiring but worth it in the end.

The tour guide was very friendly and genuinely passionate about the area and hiking in general. Also can play the guitar and sing well (if you ask nicely).

Thank you for the excellent service, picked up at the right time, the driver was kind and friendly and experienced, when we arrived at the point they gave us minerals, we got off late around 8am and were still waiting, and the fried bananas were free and still wrapped to take home, in shaa Allah we will definitely come here again because we haven't had time to see the blue fire yet hehe.
