Honestly, I was very, very disappointed after the treatment at this clinic.
For new customers, this can be a concern.
My teeth are quite good, there are no cavities at all and I usually do my scaling every 6 months.
Because the pandemic is quite long, I just started scaling again after more than 6 months.
After the doctor's action, the cashier said there was an additional fee of Rp.177k, the nominal is bigger than what I paid at Traveloka (Rp.149k).
Of course I want to know the payment for what?
The cashier/CS gave the following information;
** I am including a large scale of Rp. 345k (I should be informed before taking action so that it is fair)
** PPE fee
** new patient registration fee.
(even though I'm already registered at this clinic, just a different location)
Addition:
SWAB required, the fee here is IDR 150k
Thank you Traveloka, I swab at another clinic it costs Rp.75k. Hmmm...
Because that day I had an appointment with the hospital, I had to pay everything that was billed.
Arriving at the car, it turns out that CS has not redeemed the Traveloka application. I had to go back to the clinic again. If I have bad intentions, I'll just let it go. Sorry, I think the cashier needs to learn more (less qualified)
