One surf staff member at 9am on June 26 was unfriendly, grimaced, and yelled at customers. All the other staff were warm, friendly, and helpful.

Great, friendly staff but the girls selling drinks at the counter opposite the changing room in the water park have a bit of an attitude 😔

Water area: Enthusiastic, attentive, cute staff (water + dry) As for water games, the space is big but there are only a few games and not diverse 4-person floats are brought up, 2-person floats have a platform for you to carry up to reduce the weight The sea wave game only happens once in a long time, it's crowded so there are waves and each time the waves hit, there is only one time, which I personally find a bit boring Although there is a roof, most places are still exposed to the sun a lot, the day I went, my legs were peeling off, oh my gosh, the ground is so hot and burning that it makes me crazy :((( ==> In short, the water area is big but there are not many games Dry Area: Also interesting, there are a few games like the snow house, 18 floors of hell, virtual feeling area, tanks,..., but only the temple + longest walking bridge can be entered normally, but for the games, you have to buy tickets for each game, the dry ticket is only for sightseeing and not all package. => This is my feeling when playing at Son Tien & amazing bay, if the water games are improved more diverse + dry games package then I will come back, because I see the price is also higher than other places but for me it is boring and not worth the money.

The highlight is that 100% of the toilets are staffed, when someone comes in or out, the ladies come in and wipe continuously. Any wet areas are wiped dry immediately to avoid slipping and falling. 10 points for thoughtfulness 🥰 The water areas are large but there are not many slides, so the tickets are generally a bit expensive but worth the experience. The food, in my opinion, is not too expensive. The food is okay for a tourist area. You have to buy tickets separately for sightseeing areas

The best service is food and drink, not too expensive, reasonable. I booked a ticket to visit Amazing Bay, I only visited the water park. Overall, it was fun, but there weren't many games. It's still under construction so there aren't many places to play. At the moment, I think the price is a bit expensive. I don't know how it will expand in the future. Everyone should experience it.

The water park is very large. The games are divided by age and are suitable for playing without getting bored. There are many resting and eating areas. You can also comfortably bring food from outside. Buying tickets in advance on traveloka is a bit cheaper and holding the QR code is quick and convenient.
