its easy to use just present the ticket to staff. you can enter first and visit the shop before the scheduled of your entrance, waiting inside. the tour was fabulous and we can do fun activities inside too like taking videos for moving pictures, watching quidditch game, using floo powder, meeting our lord V. it was wonderful.
