Vivian (tour operator) and Mr Thanh (tour guide) were very attentive and accomodating. The whole trip was fun but very rushed (as expected for a 1 day trip). The whole service was in english (and vietnamese). The buffet was really good and they also provide bottled water in the bus. Def will recommend this to friends!

I recently had the pleasure of taking a tour of Halong Bay, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. The views are spectacular. Cruising through the bay, you can see unique rock formations, secluded beaches, and hidden caves. A special shoutout to our tour operator, Vivian, who was incredibly helpful throughout the entire trip. I highly recommend a Halong Bay tour to anyone visiting Vietnam.

I went with my family of 5, my elderly parents and 2 teen kids. When we arrived, we were told to be arranged a separate table with view on the upper deck. We were happy over that. Soon later, they informed us that we had to move downstairs since the upper deck was reserved for another Indian tour group. We had no choice but to move downstairs when everyone was settled and few seats left for us to join another group at the same table in the corner. It was extremely inconvenient and my family couldn’t enjoy the view of the bay later on. Needless to say that the tour guide was not friendly at the beginning when he told us about the change of location as we must listen to him bla bla, later on he came to apologize but still this kinda unorganized tour caused us a lot of inconvenience and I would never recommend it to anyone else. We would rather pay a slightly more amount to rent out boat to come free in mind than compressed in the such a tour again.

cool bro cheap price and good facilities from the ship. the food is luxurious and very tasty, I suggest you bring your own 2-liter tumbler because you really need to drink straight away and the price of drinks on the cruise is not included, so buy it yourself and it's quite pricy

the guide is fun and good at English. I suggest if you want to go there, don't go on weekends, there's a sea of people. the food on the boat is delicious. if you want to kayak/bamboo, you have to pay again. not including fees for the driver, guide, and boat crew. overall, I recommend 👍🏼 just prepare maximum energy.

The guide can sometimes lose patience. The buffet was not enough for the amount of people and some food was gone by the time I was getting a second plate.

Superb guide, very friendly, informative, and great english (which is quite rare in vietnam). Halong bay itself is really worth to explore. We’re having a blast with all the sightseeing and activities here.
