Jodipan Village, or Kampung Wisata Jodipan, was once a run-down slum before it was transformed into a tourist attraction in 2016. The makeover was initiated by a group of college students who worked together with a local paint company, dozens of artists and painters, and local communities to paint the entire village in vibrant colors. Right across the Brantas River lies Kampung Tridi, another colorful village, that can be accessed by crossing a glass bridge.
