Although Singapore is just a little red dot, we have many places of interest and activities that are popular among tourists and locals alike. Some of the popular attractions include Universal Studios Singapore (USS), Gardens by the Bay, Art Science Museum. Here, we will talk about the top five attractions that you should definitely visit in Singapore.

1. Universal Studios Singapore

Universal Studios Singapore (USS) is no stranger to us and it is located within Resorts World Sentosa where the fun never ends! First opened in 2010 and since then, it has welcomed 4.5 million visitors to its premises.

With a total of 28 rides and seven themed zones - step into a whole new world of glamour, adventure and experiences, there is something for everyone! Allow us to showcase some of our favourite rides and experiences in Universal Studios Singapore!

From jaw dropping and heart racing rides like Battlestar Galactica: HUMAN vs. CYLON, Revenge of the Mummy, Jurassic Park Rapids Adventure Canopy Flyer to child friendly rides like Sesame Street Spaghetti Space Chase, Madagascar: A Crate Adventure and TRANSFORMERS The Ride: The Ultimate 3D Battle - we promise it will be a fun day bonding with your family and friends through these rides!

If rides aren’t your thing, catch the Sesame Street Goes Bollywood or dine at Mel's Drive-In™ for an authentic American diner experience. For all our shopping lovers out here, every themed zone has a shopping destination and do remember to drop by the Hello Kitty Studio, Minion Mart and definitely the Universal Studios Store.

2. Gardens by the Bay

One of the most beautiful scenic locations in Singapore, a place where flowers are brought to life. Situated within the heart of Singapore and a stone’s throw away from Singapore’s most iconic hotel, Marina Bay Sands. Visit the garden’s famous attractions: Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy - they capture the quintessence of Singapore's vision bringing the Garden City to Life.

The three attractions that we mentioned above are not to be missed! Ever wondered what a waterfall truly looks like? The Cloud Forest has one of the world’s tallest indoor waterfalls that’s surrounded by lush greens. Stroll along and be mesmerized by unique species you’ve never seen before.

Just like it’s name, Flower Dome is a dome filled with flowers from all over the world. Fun fact, in 2015, the Flower Dome broke the record for having the world’s largest glass greenhouse! You wouldn’t want to miss out on this floral opportunity that’s a feast to the eye!

Ever dreamed of what it would be like to walk through Alice in Wonderland’s garden? Well, here’s Singapore’s rendition of it: the Floral Fantasy is one surreal fantasy you won’t believe what you’re seeing! A magical floral escape from your wildest dreams comes to life, being inspired by the floral arrangements and learning about various species through this dreamy road.

If these are not enough to entice you, check out the light show that happens at Supertrees Grove - remember to book your slots and mask up at all times whilst you enjoy the light show.

Tickets for Cloud Forest, Flower Dome and Floral Fantasy start from S$5 with Traveloka! Sounds like a plan for this weekend? You got it!
