This F&B expo Singapore draws chefs, food entrepreneurs, hospitality professionals, and gourmet enthusiasts from around the world.

I spent the entire day exploring culinary competitions, attending seminars on global food trends, and sampling innovative dishes worldwide.

If you’re interested in the business side of food, FHA Singapore is a must-visit.

It’s free with pre-registration and easily accessible via public transport.

Held from 25 to 27 April 2025 at Geneo in the Singapore Science Park, Flavours of Tomorrow gave me a glimpse into the future of food.

The event ran daily from 10 am to 7 pm and featured everything from sustainable ingredients to lab-grown meat.

Getting there was straightforward; I took a short bus ride from Kent Ridge MRT.

What stood out to me was how interactive the festival was.

I attended a cooking demo using zero-waste techniques and sampled plant-based dishes that were genuinely delicious.
