Generally, using your tickets is as simple as showing up on your selected visit date. In some cases, though, you may have more flexibility to visit whenever you want within a period of time or may need to make prior arrangements before you can enjoy the attractions or tours. Don't worry, we have prepared some FAQs to help you plan your visit!
Validity periods may vary by ticket, so make sure to check the following details carefully.
On the Traveloka app:
On the Traveloka desktop website:
You will be able to redeem your ticket until the end of the validity period stated on your ticket, the Traveloka app, or the Traveloka desktop website even if your selected visit date has passed.
As a COVID-19 safety measure, some partners may limit the number of visitors to their venue. Making a reservation after purchasing your tickets is essential to guarantee a spot on your preferred visit date. You can find the necessary information, including a link to the reservation form, under the Redemption Method section on the product page. We have also put up a yellow banner on the product page to help you identify products that require reservations easily.
If a venue does not require prior reservation, you can visit the attraction or join the tour according to the operational hours or your pre-selected time slot, if any. If your preferred date is not available due to full capacity, don’t worry, you can select another date as long as it is within your ticket’s validity period.
Some attractions may have time slots to avoid overcrowding at any given time. In that case, we will specify the information in the Redemption Method section on the product page or ask you to select a time slot when purchasing your ticket on Traveloka. Make sure to check your ticket to see if further reservations are needed.
