Problems Regarding Your Booking

We want to make your experience using SingapoRediscovers Vouchers on Traveloka as seamless as possible, but understand you may encounter problems. This article is here to help answer any questions you may have regarding your booking.

How do I know that my booking is successful?

You should receive a booking confirmation by email and a notification on your Traveloka app within 10 minutes after your payment has been received.

It has been more than 30 minutes since I completed my payment but I have not received my ticket. What should I do?

Open My Booking to check whether your ticket has been issued. Your ticket should have also been sent to the email you registered on Traveloka. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact +65-6486-7944 or cs-srv@traveloka.com.

The internet browser on my Android device keeps crashing during the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers redemption process. What should I do?

At the moment, there is an issue with bookings made using Samsung Internet Browser and Microsoft Edge: Web Browser on Android devices. Please change your default browser to Google Chrome and try again.

Can I refund or reschedule my booking?

All bookings made using SingapoRediscovers Vouchers are non-refundable, non-reschedulable, and non-transferable. For more information regarding SingapoRediscovers Vouchers terms and conditions, please visit SingapoRediscovers.
