Yes, they will make a new yet unique innovation, probably something you’ve never heard before: the Gelato made with soy sauce.

Shocking? Indeed. But keep in mind that it won’t taste funny. It will actually taste so good, as the taste blends between sweet, savoury, and umami. Well, they say that there’s no boundaries in creativity, including in creating a dessert, right?

Not only the soy sauce gelato as dessert, you can also find merchandise of this collaboration between MOIC and Tai Hua. You can get their fancy tote bag at the gift shop to commemorate your visit, and to remind yourself that you have eaten a gelato from soy sauce.
