In what Ricky Gervais calls “the funniest, most expensive practical joke I’ve ever done”, he sends his bumbling, simple-minded friend Karl Pilkington on a dream trip to see the world.

This show’s for all you animal lovers. The two-part documentary, led by British actor Martin Clunes, attempts to uncover the ever-changing relationship between man and animal. In Japan, he visits a dog cafe where pets are treated like family members and the working partnership between a Thai farmer and his coconut-picking monkey.

This Netflix original follows Phil Rosenthal, the creator of popular sitcom ‘Everybody Loves Raymond’, as he eats his way around the world and makes new friends with locals.
