Both tourists and locals have referred to this place as the “Best Nasi Kerabu in the world” —which is definitely a big thing to claim, but it sure lives up to it. The business has been running for many years, and has also been listed as one of the best 50 street foods in the World Street Food Congress 2017. Fauzi Nasi Kerabu remains an East Coast pride to boast about as it is affordable, delicious, and their grilled beef might have you coming back for seconds.

Kuala Terengganu is well known for their ‘Ikan Celup Tepung’, and there’s one place in particular, Warung Pok Nong, that serves the best hot and crispy Ikan Celup Tepung. It’s located near the airport, by the sea. On a day-to-day basis, this place sure does hold up a queue, all for their deep fried, fresh, seafood.

This Nasi Dagang spot has been up and running for over 10 years! The locals often call it ‘Nasi Dagang Kubur’ as it’s located near a cemetery. As you can see from the photo, their signature ‘Teh Ais Madu’ and ‘Teh Ais Ombak Rindu’ is a foamy, slurpy experience you should try out!

Qawa (means coffee in arabic) coffee is another hipster-esque themed, red container cafe. If you’re opting for something slightly less local, Qawa serves coffee, sandwiches, dessert, and more. There’s outdoor and rooftop seating, as well as an air conditioned area.
