Even though it's not the bar with the highest rooftop (on the 40th floor), but Mr. Stork is a rooftop bar with the best views in Singapore. The bar is usually very crowded, so you should make a reservation before coming.

A little pro tip for you: the best time to come here is when the bar opens so you can witness the beauty of the sunset, and how the sunlight disappears from Singapore and is replaced by the amazing twinkling city lights.
