Thinking about your Hotel or Xperience booking made between 22 July to 18 August 2021 within the COVID-19 Phase 2 Heightened Alert (HA) measures in Singapore? We understand your concerns so don’t worry, we’re here to inform you that your reservations on Traveloka are still valid.
Here is some of the information which might be useful for you.
Your bookings remain valid and you can proceed with your booking as per original stay date. Hotels are required to comply with the tightened measures and continue to uphold the high standard of hygiene and cleanliness with stringent cleaning & disinfection.
Please note of the following points:
You are advised to reach out to the hotel if you have any doubt about the check-in process and services available during this period.
If you do not wish to proceed on the original reservation date, you have the option to refund or reschedule your reservation (subject to product T&Cs). Please indicate your option by clicking the Booking Adjustment Form button.
