When is the visit period?

Until when will the voucher that I would like to purchase during EPIC Sale remain redeemable?

What are EPIC Hour coupons?

EPIC Hour coupons are 30%, 40%, 50% additional discount coupons with a minimum transaction of 50 SGD and a maximum discount of 100 SGD.

The EPIC Hour coupons are available every day from 3 PM – 9 PM throughout the EPIC Sale period (14 to 20 April 2021). Daily quota is limited.

Does the Xperience EPIC Hour promo require a different coupon code? If yes, where can I get it?

Yes, the Xperience EPIC Hour promo requires its own coupon code, which can be obtained through the EPIC Hour promo page.

Is there a minimum transaction for the Xperience EPIC Hour coupon code?

Yes. The minimum transaction for you to be able to use the EPIC Hour coupon code is 50 SGD.

What Traveloka Xperience products can I use the EPIC Hour discount coupons for?

You can use this additional discount coupon for all Xperience products located in Singapore.

Can I use the EPIC Hour coupon codes on both the Traveloka app and the Traveloka website?

As of now, you can only use the EPIC Hour coupon on the Traveloka app (minimum version 3.21 on Android/iOS). You must also be logged in as a user.

Are there any terms and conditions that I need to look out for before booking?

If you are eligible for the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers and are booking an SRV product, you can apply more than one coupon for each transaction to maximize your discount (e.g: EPIC Sale + EPIC Hour + EPIC Rewards). To combine the use of these coupons, first apply your SRV code and then the EPIC coupon codes afterwards.

If you are not eligible for the SingapoRediscovers Vouchers and/or you are booking a non-SRV product, you can only apply one coupon for each transaction.

Is there anything that I should do prior to visiting?

It is recommended for you to always check whether the venue is open on your planned visit date by contacting the venue directly, especially during these unprecedented times.

On top of that, please note that some attraction venues may require prior reservations on the official website before your visit. The reservation method between attractions may differ, so make sure to read the reservation instructions thoroughly!

How do I make a reservation?

If the Xperience you've purchased requires an additional reservation, you can find the reservation instructions under the Redemption Method section on the product page or on the voucher sent to your email.

What happens to my voucher if the venue is closed on my date of visit or if another social restriction measure is enforced?

For Xperience vouchers that have a longer validity period, you can simply redeem the voucher on another date after the venue reopens. You can redeem your voucher at any time until the validity period of the voucher ends.

However, if the venue is still closed or if social restriction measures are extended beyond the validity period, you can rest assured that we will take proactive steps to take care of you.

You will receive a new voucher with an extended validity period by email and your voucher in MyBooking should also be updated.

Once our partner is back in operation, you can simply present the newest voucher and enjoy the Xperience!

What if I cannot make it on the visit date that I originally selected?

It depends on the EPIC voucher type that you purchased. If you purchased a regular EPIC Sale voucher that is only valid on the selected visit date, unfortunately this is not reschedulable or refundable.

However, if you purchased a regular EPIC Sale voucher that is valid beyond the selected visit date (usually up to 14 days after the selected visit date), you can visit the venue any time as long as it is still within the validity period.
