I want to reschedule/cancel my booking and request for a refund

Refunds can be requested through the Traveloka account used during booking. Once you are logged in, go to My Booking, click Can Be Refunded, then click on the Refund button to start filing for a refund. You can learn more about submitting a refund request by visiting the Refund tab.

For staggered payment refunds, please note that the deposit is always non-refundable. If the full payment has not been completed, the outstanding balance will be deducted from the total refundable amount. To view your final refund amount, follow the instructions provided above.
