Refunds can be requested through the Traveloka account used during booking. Once you are logged in, go to My Booking, click Can Be Refunded, then click on the Refund button to start filing for a refund. You can learn more about submitting a refund request by visiting the Refund tab.

For refunds on payments made in stages, please note that the deposit is always non-refundable. If the full payment has not been completed, the outstanding balance will be deducted from the total refundable amount. To view your final refund amount, follow the instructions provided above.

RCC Cruise cancellation fee

1 - 5 night cruises

• More than 61 days before sailing: Deposit
• 60 - 31 days before sailing: 50% of base fare
• 30 - 16 days before sailing: 75% of base fare
• 15 - 0 days before sailing: 100% of base fare

6 - 9 night cruises

• More than 76 days before sailing: Deposit
• 75 - 46 days before sailing: 50% of base fare
• 44 - 16 days before sailing: 75% of base fare
• 15 - 0 days before sailing: 100% of base fare

10 - 14 night cruises

• More than 76 days before sailing: Deposit
• 75 - 62 days before sailing: 50% of base fare
• 61 - 32 days before sailing: 75% of base fare
• 31 - 0 days before sailing: 100% of base fare

More than 14 night cruises

• More than 62 days before sailing: Deposit
• 61 - 42 days before sailing: 50% of base fare
• 41 - 26 days before sailing: 75% of base fare
• 25 - 0 days before sailing: 100% of base fare

RWC Cancellation Policy

• Penalty for all cruise sailing lengths:- More than 90 days before sailing: 0%- 91 - 48 days before sailing: 30% of total cruise fare- 47 - 32 days before sailing: 50% of total cruise fare- 31 - 17 days before sailing: 70% of total cruise fare- 16 days before sailing: 100% of total cruise fare (Excluding tax/charges)
• No-shows or cancellations without prior written notice are non-refundable.
• The cancellation policy outlined above is for reference only. The final refund amount is subject to confirmation by Resorts World Cruises. For any inquiries, please contact our customer service team.
• A cancellation fee of 100% of full cabin fare per Guest will be imposed for non-refundable promotion fares and sailings classified as "peak sailings". Peak sailing dates include 23 December 2025, 30 December 2025, and 17 February 2026.

  • Cancellation Policy (Penalty): 100% refund (no penalty)
• Days before sailing: 89-45 days before sailing
  • Cancellation Policy (Penalty): 80% refund (deposit as penalty)
• Days before sailing: 29-15 days before sailing
  • Cancellation Policy (Penalty): 75% refund (25% as penalty)
• Days before sailing: 15-0 days before sailing
  • Cancellation Policy (Penalty): Non-refundable

Refund fee policy

• A refund fee of 1% of the total transaction amount will apply, capped at:- IDR 250,000- SGD 20- RM 65- THB 500- VND 400,000- PHP 900- AUD 30- KRW 25,000- JPY 2,500- USD 15- EUR 15
• This refund fee will be automatically deducted from the refunded amount you receive.
