How to Submit Insurance Claims via Traveloka App

Submitting Claims for Yourself

  1. From your Traveloka App homepage, open Insurance and go to My Insurance.
  2. Select the Claim tab.
  3. Choose the Policy and Benefit that you wish to claim.
  4. Follow the instructions and submit your claim form.
  5. Once your claim has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation of your claim number within 1 working day.

Submitting Claims for Other People

To submit claims for other people, please check the Policy Wording or contact your insurer. You can find the Policy Wording in the email sent to you after purchase and on the bottom of the Coverage section of your Insurance Certificate in My Insurance on Traveloka App.

Please note that if you claim for other people, you may be required to provide additional information, such as proof of relationship or Power of Attorney (POA).
