To redeem your Taiwan Trains passes/tickets, please follow these steps:

1. After you receive your Traveloka voucher, print the voucher and bring it to Taiwan.
2. To redeem a One-Way Ticket, 3-Day Pass, or Flexible 2-Day Pass, you can go to the Taiwan High Speed Rail (THSR) counters at any station. To redeem a 5-Day Standard Joint Pass or 5-Day Express Joint Pass, go to a THSR counter and a TRA counter at the stations listed here.
3. At the counter, show the staff your Traveloka voucher and passport as well as your visa, entry permit, or visa exemption stamp. Then, specify your date of usage if you have a pass, or date and time of usage if you have a ticket.
