No swimming pool nor spa, we did three room and it still not good

Staff were very helpful and friendly! Overall a very good stay. Close to the beach, beds comfortable, good breakfast selection, clean and location good. Areas for improvement - tv reception and tv settings.

Nice clean hotel with excellent staff and service. Great little swimming pool with comfy sun loungers. A short walk to a grocery store and restaurants. Recommended

My wife and I truly enjoyed our stay at the Julia Hotel. It is in a great/central location bit also a few minute walk to the main strip of bars and restaurants which can get noisy. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and our room was spacious and clean. We really enjoyed having breakfasts and drinks on the rooftop. It had some of the best views of the town and sunsets. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back one day!

Beautiful hotel. Great location and super clean. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel incredibly welcome with their friendly and attentive service. We had an absolutely amazing experience!

We arrived late and pool was closed even tho miss wendy she was very nice and they alos made our room hence it was my girlfriend birthday she liked and property was also wonderful.

I loved out room. Great view! Comfortable bed...not too soft! My back said thank you! Bath tub was divine. Staff super friendly, and present. I miss it already....left this morning!

The rooms were very quite good, and the beds were comfortable. The view from my balcony and from the rooftop, where breakfast is served, was stunning. Check out the pictures. There is also a delicious looking pool in the back, which I didn’t use. The staff were very pleasant and helpful.

It was very close to the beach and the hotel was very clean

Great stay in a family run establishment. Friendly and must have been recently refurbished throughout - we could still smell the fresh paint and everything was spotless. Good location one block back from the seafront but on a steep hill for those challenged by that. Great room overlooking the pool and the bay beyond that. Room spacious with fridge and nice en-suite. Breakfast was plentiful and traditional in style. We would and already have recommended this to friends and we have only been back a couple of days.

We stayed 5 nights at Julia hotel and have spend a wonderful time The hotel is very well located, close to Saranda marina with a lot of options for restaurants, boat tours, taxi tours.... Room was perfectly clean and fully equipped and had an amazing view on the sea. Rooftop for great breakfast even more stunning!!! Everybody has been very kind, welcoming and helpful each time we needed help. Thanks to all the staff from Julia hotel (cleaning, breakfast, reception...) and especially to Arbi and Cl

My friends told they had a good time

This is a wonderful family hotel just a few minutes’ walk from the promenade and city center. Despite its central location, it remains peaceful and secluded—a perfect retreat. The service is exceptional; we were warmly welcomed and genuinely felt like part of their family. Visiting during the low season was a bonus, as they kindly upgraded us to a suite. The suite, located on the fourth floor, offers breathtaking views of both the sea and the mountains. If you book a double room with the same view, you’ll also enjoy stunning sunsets. While the suite was comfortable, we do wish the linens were newer and of better quality. The two brothers mainly manage the reception, and their hospitality is matched by their mother’s delicious, home-cooked breakfasts (buffet style in summer season). Each morning, we felt energized and ready to explore after enjoying her hearty meals. On our last day, their “baba” father—even offered us a complimentary ride to the bus station for our journey back to Tirana. Do not think twice to book this family run hotel.

Great little hotel, lovely pool ,staff friendly. Great location, breakfast was ok. Definitely stay here again, so much to do, surrounded by restraunts and bars.

Room was clean and although a little small for three beds was fine. Did get a towel with a great big hole in the middle of it but replaced next day. Breakfast was good and great views from the terrace. Pool area small and on the day we were there not enough sun beds for all who wanted to use it (not helped by towels left on two beds and the owners did not return for the 3.5 hours we were sat there!). Location great for the start of the promenade and sea front. Steep hill to hotel but not very far and you can walk down the back road which is flat to reach the road that runs in line with the promenade. Great value stay.

Hotel is very nice, there is however a club on the seafront that is open until 430am. Stay mountain side if you are a light sleeper.
