A brilliant hotel with a beautiful beach front. Definitely worth paying extra for The Level. Only disappointment was that we weren’t able to keep our room for later checkou

Overall we had a very nice week. The property is of excellent quality, immaculately clean, the rooms are lovely, and the staff very friendly. There were some areas which slightly let it down but I suspect this was because it was right at the start of the season so they are still ironing things out: - They provided incorrect information on what the all-inclusive package comprised when we checked in. To their credit they subsequently made up for it by offering complimentary dining in a number of the restaurants reserved for ‘Levels’ guests. - The buffet in the main restaurant ‘Merkado’ was fine if a little uninspiring. I think you would get pretty bored of it after a few days. - The beach is litter-strewn and rather desolate but we found this in several other beaches we visited. Top tip: rent a car as there are some worthwhile day trips within an hour or two (Tirana, Kruje etc).

Excellent!

Although this hotel is bustling, we enjoyed that there were enough sunbeds for all guests at both the pool and the beach. The team at the hotel is attentive and very friendly!

I enjoyed my stay

This resort is the most beautiful, classy, clean, excellent in many ways! The staff is excellent! Services excellent! The pools, the beach so beautiful! Can’t wait to go back again! Very highly recommended!❤️

I really love this Resort the staff and everything is very nice

We had a lovely stay at Melia Durrës- we stayed in a garden facing room which was lovely and quiet. The pools are amazing - very clean and relaxing! Good activities for kids (park, pools, kids club etc) The only downside is that there’s not much to do if the weather isn’t great. Perhaps an indoor arcade or small cinema would be good. Food is good (lots of variety) - but timings can be a little restrictive. Could do with a 24 hour cafe or something for those with kids.

The food was very inconsistent. Day 1 one chicken wings were perfect at the American Bar. The rest of the days they can bloody. Very disappointed!

Een zeer nette en aangename hotel. Enige opmerkingen zijn dat er meer variatie van dag tot dag mag zijn bij het ontbijt en dat het zwembad niet toegankelijk is voor personen met een handicap. Voor de rest is het zeker een aanrader!

Too many old people.

Check-In war schnell. Der Mitarbeiter an der Reception war sehr freundlich und wir haben eine persönliche Hotel Tour bekommen. Neues gepflegtes Hotel( wurde 2023 eröffnet), direkt am schōnen Sandstrand. Melia Durres befindet ca. 30 Autominuten vom Flughafen Tirana.Sehr freundliches Personal. Die Hotelzimmer waren sehr geräumig und sauber. Wir haben den Spa Bereich benutzt: Sehr sauber, 10€ Tagespass und eine gesunde Vitaminbar. Sehr schmackhaftes Abendessen mit Lachs, Rinderfilet, Oktopus, und Holzofenpizza und Live Musik, Im Hotelgebäude befinden sich zusätzlich noch ein Cafe, eine Bar, ein Restaurant und einige Geschäfte. Kostenlose Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Im Konferenzraum gab es ein Gala Diner und Live Musik mit einem berühmten.albanischen Sänger. Das Frühstück war sehr gut und sehr ausreichend . Check out war schnell und unkompliziert mit Kofferservice. Momentan das beste Strandhotel in Albanien

the hotel is totally new, the staff is frindly and helpful, we willl come again

L’hôtel manque encore de personnel pour subvenir aux besoins de la clientèle d’un 5 étoiles. Le personnel est sympa mais manque de formation. Le prix d’un GinTonic à 18 euro, m’est resté à travers la gorge, sachant qu’à Genève il est même moins cher. Pourtant le prix du personnel en Albanie n’est pas du tout la même chose. Le SPA est sublime. L’hôtel est neuf et magnifique!
