Novotel Andorra

The hotel is a bit old, apart from that it was a good place to stay, right in the middle of the city center. Everything is accessible by foot.

Close to all shops. Staff was super efficient. The views to the mountains. The super spa/ sauna etc I could not fault anything in this hotel, it was just perfect for us

Plenty of shops nearby. Excellent coffee and croissant for breakfast. Lovely mountain views and walk along the Gran Valira river.

Great location, fab breakfast, good hotel

This is an ok place but it's tired and a bit dingy. The breakfast was good and the location is central.

The location of the hotel was very convenient and accessible to transportation and dining options.

The hotel was average, nothing too special but rooms seemed clean and they provided water bottles in the room. The staff at the front desk were correct but not necessarily friendly and did not go out of their way to help. Location convenient to walk to center, shops and restaurants

In the centre of shopping district

Nice hotel - they should advertise more clearly how to find their parking garage. Otherwise, it was a good visit and the hotel is in a nice location.

Older property and did not consider this a 4 star hotel. Breakfast was nice however coffee was awful.

Novotel is always a reliable option. I’m glad they are all over the world.

We had a nice stay in Novotel. It’s easy walking distance to the centre. Room was comfortable with a good shower. Buffet dinner and breakfast was nice. Only negative was that the car parking is very expensive . We are travelling around the world and have never pid so much for parking.

The hotel os perfectly centred between the old and new part of town. A nice pool and gym just next door shared with 3 other hotels that belong to the same hotel group. The room was great, enough apace for myself and 2 daughters. It is on the older side with beige tiling but well maintained. The bath in which you need to shower too, didn't drain well and the hairdryer had seen better days. The service and cleanliness however were superb. Buffet style breakfast, lunch and dinner were okay. Much, much appreciated the help and option for celiacs with Gf bread organized each day! All other allergents clearly noted by each food. The coffee from the machine was not great but understandable as waiters were always busy cleaning up and running round. All in all a great, lovely and well-run hotel with helpful and friendly staff

We booked this hotel because of the pool and spa, but it was closed. Hotel staff nice, but rooms need some level up to do.

The location is very good; the "Buffet Cafe" is very nice and convenient for breakfast - though good and convenient for dinner, there are plenty of places nearby that offer good food at competitive prices. If WiFi connectivity is "important", this is not the hotel for you; in-room connectivity (we were on the 6th floor) is poor and lacks the power to do much, once connected. The staff is pleasant and helpful.

Greay family experience. Spa and pool as located inside Mercur hotel but that wasn't a problem. Is just steps away. Parking on site, for about the same price as city parking.

Great location, friendly hotel staff. Nice and clean. Wifi not consistent, cuts out frequently.
