Good location, good views.

The location is handy for shoppers. Walking distance to the bus. Kind front desk staff manager/owner who was very helpful about advice and travel tips. Handy lockers to store your bags after checkout. Our room had 4 beds and a sliding door to a “patio” area. The patio area was nice to have to be able to see the mountain but it was run down and in need of some repairs. The towel rack bars were broken in the bathroom. The bathtub pipes seemed a bit blocked as water backed up into the bath instead of draining. The lobby area has some nice seating and a bar type area.

Great staff, but bad wifi

Outstanding location right at the heart. No parking on site but just across the street are two pay parking sites which are easy to get to and use. Hotel is dated and a bit cramped, but clean and good bang for the buck. There was no Air Conditioning but the window could be opened letting the fresh Andorra air in. If you do that, prepare for the noise from the street below.

the rooms were quiet and comfortable. The location was in the middle of old town Andorra with convenient access to shopping and restaurants.

Loved the location, the hotel price and the all-you-can eat breakfast for €6.50/pp per day was great. The hotel advertises itself as aiming at total guest comfort with affordability at the same time and the staff are trying to do their best and for the most part are succeeding. There are no major problems but for example the shower did not have hot water in the morning hours (just barely warm water), which for us was not a problem due to being jet-lagged and taking shower after midnight.However couple staff do not belong in the hospitality industry including the day time front desk blond girl who was attempting to pretend that she is hospitable but i felt judged by her. The interior room was impossible to bear even for one night for my husband&I due to being so toasty, but had to stay in it due to booked it without noticing and knowing what “an interior room” means. Interior rooms do NOT have window to the outside and are extremely HOT and toasty and never had fresh air in. So requested to be moved for the other 3 nights of our stay and they accomodated us for 10% extra pay which amounted only to €3/night and the new room was great and roomy however I couldn’t understand why there was only one small shaky full size (USA’s standard full/double size) bed when the space is so big/would easily fit a king bed or 2 full-sized beds (we should’ve been offered)? The lack of this consideration for guests’ comfort leads me to think that the management do not listen to their customers.

Great place to stay, staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and tidy. Sheets, towels etc provided. No hot water jug or cups or anything though. Amazing location right in the centre by all the shops and the Pyrenees Andorra FNAC mall. No hotel parking but I paid just under 15€ to park a couple of mins walk away for the whole night/day. Such a beautiful city!! We also had breakfast at the hotel, it was nice and they even managed to find some gluten free cornflakes for me since I have an allergy. I would recommend this place.

Nice room, good location.

The hotel is in the city center and 12 minutes by bus to the ski slopes. The room was clean room and was good value for money.

El hotel se encuentra en muy mal estado de conservación. El mobiliario de las habitaciones es viejo y está deteriorado, manchas en las paredes, tapicería de las sillas y cortinas sucias, ropa de cama antigua, manchas de moho en las cortinas del baño y descorchados en el techo. El edificio del hotel también en muy mal estado de conservación y falta de limpieza en pasillos y ascensores.

Habitaciones antiguas y los colchones necesitan una renovación, pero en calidad-precio es correcto. El desayuno bastante completo, pero con pocas opciones veganas.

Nos ha decepcionado muchísimo, hotel viejo, mal cuidado, con camas muy incomodas y colchones antiguos. Poca limpieza, tuvimos que pedir que vinieran a limpiar el baño. Desayuno muy justo, bolleria y zumos industriales. Para no repetir, necesita una buena reforma, para nada es un 3 estrellas. Lo único bueno la ubicación

Siempre escojo hoteles centricos cuando voy a andorra y ademas limitado al ir con mascota. Este hotel esta.muy bien ubicado y es de los mas baratos. Hacia demasiada calor en la habitacion y no se podia regular. La habitacion muy pequeña y sin vistas a nada. Cama muy incomoda. Pero por lo pagado era de esperar.

Estuvo bien la estancia para dormir, el aparcamiento fue lo más caro (pero hay mucho parking). Respecto al servicio de limpieza, perfecto (aunque en una de las dos habitaciones barrían muy por encima). Si que es verdad que deberían de cambiar las colchas de arriba porque hay algunos en mal estado (el mío tenía la quemadura de cigarrillo que ví en comentarios). Las camas algunas cómodas y otras no tanto. La ubicación creo que es lo mejor. La recepción, nos recibió muy bien la chica que esta de turno de noche, muy amable y te resuelve todas las dudas que tengas tanto respecto al hotel, como respecto a Andorra (las otras chicas no he tenido contacto con ellas).
