Visited with wife and two teenagers. First time in Buenos Aires. The two room suites are perfect for families. The breakfast buffet is fabulous and didn't get old. Great location, and friendly staff.

What a great stay at this Hotel! Diego, Jorge, Florencia, Sebastian y Daniel at the reception desk couldn’t be more helpful and professional. Breakfast was very good too. Thank you. Will stay here again in the future.

The Recoleta neighborhood was a perfect place to stay and CasaSur was perfect. The staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was large and very comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend CasaSur to anyone visiting Buenos Aires.

The staff was wonderful but there were several problems with my room: issues with the WiFi, the coffee maker, the internal telephone, and I had no hot water until I complained. I would not stay there again because of these issues. I have lived in Buenos Aires and know there are systemic problems, but these were localized to the hotel. Despite that, the breakfast was great.
