Good value hotel within easy walking distance of important sights. Breakfast was plentiful and filling. Staff was helpful, however depending on the staff member, you may want to know some basic Spanish.

It's an older hotel, but for the price, the room was clean and comfortable and it met all my needs. The staff was friendly and helpful, but English was a little tough. That being said, it wouldn't hurt for guests in Argentina to learn a little Spanish! The staff's English was a lot better than my Spanish!

I had been travelling around Argentina for several weeks and decided to treat myself to a hotel for a couple of nights. I wish I hadn't. The staff spoke no english, the room had no windows, when I went to the bathroom you have to sit with your feet in the shower, you can sometimes smell cigarettes being smoked presumably on the roof. And the industrial laundry machines run ALL night and I could hear them from my room. It wasn't incredibly expensive, however it was a lot more money than this hotel deserved. I've stayed at cleaner accommodations at hostels for a fraction of the price. The breakfast was pretty good, but extremely high carb and sugar (cakes and pastries). The great thing about this hotel is the location, its close to everything and you can walk anywhere you want. The area seemed safe at night with a lot of restaurants and bars close by.

The hotel is close to central city and great for shopping. With only a couple of blocks to walk you can get well priced food and drinks, there's also some terrific clubs close by. Staff are lovely and more than willing to assist with questions as well as advice. We had a good time staying here and for the price no complaints.

Hotel bom e bem localizado, mas o estacionamento deve ser ruim, pois lá atendentes não indicam estacionar lá. No primeiro dia deixei na tua e paguei estacionamento do município a cada meia hora a partir das 7 horas da manhã, incluindo sábado. No domingo na cobra, mas quebraram o vidro do carro para roubar, em frente ao hotel. Pior incomodacao da viagem.

O hotel está muito bem localizado no Centro de Mendoza, próximo a Av Colon, Av. San Martin e a Praça Espanha. O atendimento foi excelente e muito prestativo. A acomodação para 4 pessoas (2 adultos e 2 crianças) muito boa, em 2 quartos separados. Sentimos falta de frigobar na acomodação A limpeza também muito boa. Aspecto negativo da acomodação foi a cortina de um dos dormitórios que estava danificada. No geral, pelo custo benefício avalio como muito bom.

Mala atencion de todo el personal. El hotel figura como tres estrellas, pero no lo es realmente. Nos cobraron por equivocacion dos veces y tardaron dos dias en solucionar el "problema" la devolucion del dinero. Muy caro para lo que es . Ya que incluso en el desayuno habia un par de facturas. No es buffet como mencionan ser.
