For me this hotel was perfect! Its located in the heart of Mendoza near the pick up points for tours, bars, restaurants nearby and great customer service from the employees. The breakfast was included and it was very good simple but nice.
From the front desk you can enter a restaurant that has great wine and the food it delicious.
If I come again into Mendoza I will definitely stay again here.

The staff in the reception is extremely friendly and helpful.
Our stay and improvised trips to different other cities got way easier with their help. Would definately stay there again if I am in Mendoza.

We enjoyed our stay the only thing was we did not receive room service until our third day so had to get toilet paper from bathroom upstairs and no clean towels ever
When we checked in we should have been given safe key we had to go and ask

The view from the upstairs balcony was amazing. Great to enjoy your breakfast there in the morning. The pictures of the room weren’t as accurate, as the room appeared a lot bigger but was actually quite small. All in all, we enjoyed the convenience of the stay as there were many good places to eat and great attractions to easily get to.

We enjoyed the central position of this Hotel. Easy and safe to walk to good restaurants, shops, etc. We like walking so we went to the beautiful San Martin Park, had a fresh juice at the "Naranja-Lima" trailer, excellent!! Carrefour Supermarket is around 6 blocks away.
Breakfast: good service and plentiful.
Swimming pool is not in the building so we did not try it.
Room: Number 46 (or 406) was large and very comfortable with good Air Conditioner.

An old Hotel...which has and is currently being renovated...being run on a shoestring, in the meantime.
The staff were helpful and friendly.
Breakfast is basic.
The location is excellent...right in the middle of the tourist section.
A number of very good restaurants, within 100m.
Bus stop out front and tram to Lopez Bodega, also within 100m.

Hotel was in a fantastic location and the breakfast was wonderful. There were issues with our booking, however, and despite many promises, they weren't solved over our four night stay. The rooms were comfortable enough, but the walls are thin and the hallways are quite noisy. The shower is also a bit unruly, meaning that the floor was soaked after any shower, which could be a bit unsafe for some. Still, for the value, you can't beat the location.

The pictures don't show the reality of the hotel. It's an old structure very run down. The air conditioning doesnt work in some rooms, and there is no personnel to fix it. The safe deposit box didn't work either. The noice from the street is loud and comes straight through the glass doors that don't close tightly. The person at reception was great and super attentive, but did not seem to be enough for the amount of traffic and requests at one time.
The rooms were clean and the bedding in good condition.
The hallways were dusty as if there had been some type of left over dust from remodeling.

Modern style hotel in excellent location. I was put of this hotel by the check in, we were told we might be able to check in early and came back 20 minutes before check in time, however member of staff ignored us and was less than pleasant when he did and we had to wait till just after check in time. Other members of staff were fine. Room also did not have a balcony but we did not want to complain and wait again. Breakfast fine, swimming across the road nice, room small but bright, good air conditioner and wifi. Hotel very busy maybe problems because of this.
