If you a looking for a quiet time this is the best place to stay… This is a beautiful and quiet property with an amazing view of Lago Argentino , the staff are very friendly and helpful ,keep in mind that is a little far from the center about 30-50 minutes walking.

Je déconseille cet établissement. La propreté laisse à désirer.
Nous avons retrouvé des cheveux sur les deux oreillers. Puis, nous avons constaté une fuite au niveau du radiateur. Enfin, le ménage n'avait pas été fait: de la poussière partout. Quand nous nous sommes rendus à la réception pour demander une autre chambre ou bien que le ménage soit fait, la réceptionniste s'est montrée très peu coopérative. Elle nous a proposé une autre chambre modérant un coût supplémentaire. Chose que nous avons refusé bien entendu. Bien conscients que le prix de la nuitée est compétitif face aux établissements aux alentours, le minimum doit être fait. C'est-à-dire le ménage et des draps propres!

The view of my unit was over looking the laguna Argentino, which was a great view. Besides of the view, it didn't offer anything. I was disappointed with dining, the restaurant was closed and the breakfast had very little options. If you want have eggs, bacon or sausage, you have to pay for it. The free breakfast stuffs were bread, ham, cheese, slice fruits, and coffee. I don't it's worth of money.

The lake and mountain View is gorgeous and the room is ver spacious. The bed is very nice. However, some of the electrical outlets did not work at all, the breakfast was poor too.

The property could be so much more. 1 dirty table, 3 chairs and an ash bucket on the deck overlooking Lake Argentino is such a waste of this space and a waste of the opportunity for people to enjoy the views with a drink or a bite.

Great location. Amazing view. Breakfast good.
Building not maintained well. Sheets were dirty. Heard this from other people saying the same to reception staff. Heat knobs broken. Feels like a 1980’s hotel with great looks from afar yet dated from up close. No frills experience.

The hotel has a new and an old area. The new is remodeled and the pictures are the one you see when you make the reservation. The old area is dirty, the walls are cracked and stained as well as the cover sheets. There was a dead bug on the curtains. We changed hotels

The hotel is ok, kind of old. Staff was great. What I did not expect was that water from the tap was murky! I couldn’t get an answer as to why this was. It kind of scared me. I would be hesitant to stay there again.
