Really lovely staff and entry. The room was not remodeled as shown in the photos, but it was clean and spacious. Very nice view of the lake! Centrally located to great restaurants and cafes, and lake front only 1 block away. Helpful bag storage if you need it.

We requested a double bed and instead got 3 twin beds. There was no air conditioning, and or room was on the first floor facing the main street so very noisy to open the window to get air.

The hotel was ok, people were nice and hepful at the reception, good breakfast. The bathroom was ok but when you turned on water taps you had to wait for the water to come out. The TV had bad signal. No clear picture. Another thing what has nothing to do with a hotel that across the street is a store with alcohol open the whole night. Young people do not respect the quiet night time.

I read the customer reviews that this place was great, but it was similar to a motel. If that’s what you are looking for, then this place will do fine. I was expecting a hotel in the 3 star range. I could hear all of my neighbors and the construction outside and the rooms themselves weren’t equipped with any amenities. The staff were friendly and the location is great, however.

The hotel is dated. We had to change rooms at there was no hot water (which is a common issue we learned). It could have been cleaner. It’s on the main chocolate street and has a car park for 400 pesos per day.

There was no AC, there were cockroaches in my room and the Wi-Fi was not working inside the room. I had to go down to the lobby to get Wi-Fi. Also all the pipes in the hotel made noise when I turn them on, and the toilet would not flush.

Very nice Hotel, in a good location. Room had a balcony and there was lockup parking available...but not included in the room rate. Within a short walk of the main square and waterfront. Some good restaurants adjacent.

A really well located hotel with friendly reception staff. You can walk down the pedestrianised Mitre street in the centre directly outside of the hotel. Rooms need a little modernising but still clean and comfortable. Could be noisy if you are there for the Chocolate Festival week! Breakfast was plentiful and varied.

This hotel is on the main commercial street in downtown Bariloche. The room had a very old mattress and a very old sofa. Both were uneven and I couldn't keep my body straight. This sofa and mattress are long due for replacement. The room didn't have a trash can. Only the bathroom. Noise levels were an issue. You can clearly hear people's steps from the floor above you, and the constant water running sound from the toilet that never stopped. The safe box was already closed and locked when I arrived in the room. I had to call reception to send someone to unlock it so I could set my pin and use it. The breakfast was good. They have croissants, toasts, butter, jam, juices, yogurt, coffee, milk, tea, fruits, etc. The reception didn't have a list of phone numbers to call for a shuttle to the airport. They only had phone numbers of taxis which cost 3 times more.
