My absolute favorite building to stay in when Im in Armenia! Vlada is amazing. I love how helpful she is and how she always is there to help if there’s anything. I love the properties managed by Stay Inn Hotels. I always stay here when Im in Armenia.

Apartment was comfortable and clean stayed 11 days but the drain/sewer toxic smell in the bathroom was horrible contacted property manager they showed up with some kind liquid to eliminate the bad odor no help whatsoever

This is one of the best locations I’ve stayed at in Yerevan. I loved the building and the area it was in. The apartment was new and cozy with a beautiful balcony that has an impeccable view. I love this property so much that I rebooked the same suite for my upcoming stay!

I arrived on April 18 th at 3am, but next day I have received phone call from agency, girls name was Vlada, who told me that I have to pay full amount of previous day, because I checked in early morning. I did pay them full amount for17th, even though didn’t stay there on the 17th …
I think that is completely wrong. I will never recommend to deal with that agent again.
They came and took cash from me without even giving me a receipt.
Plus this place is loosing electricity almost every day with no notice. On the April 21st we didn’t have electricity from 10am till 6 pm. Refrigerator got defrosted completely and I had to throw away food and clean the mess.
shower was leaking water all over the bathroom and I had to clean the floors every time I took shower.
Will never recommend anyone to stay in that place anddo not trust this people.
