A short train ride into the city and easy walking distance to the train station. Lots of fresh food at the markets nearby and the accommodation was spacious, clean and quiet. Construction work in the streets nearby was not a noise issue at all. Would have liked a ceiling fan in the bedroom and a clothes dryer for convenience but managed without both.

Location was good close to restaurants and shopping areas. Property was well maintained and clean. Rooms were clean with good amenities. However communication from the hotels side was poor. I only found out after I checked in that there was no Internet in the room I was in. Even the floor has pretty bad WiFi and couldn’t connect to it either. After speaking with the receptionist she advised that she would consult with her team if they could change rooms and get back to me which she didn’t. They expected me to come to reception everyday to check with them!!! As I was on a work trip I had to hot spot from my phone so I could connect to internet to work. I later managed to get hold of the property manager Kai who was quite rude when I said I wanted to check out a day early because of no internet service and I wanted to go elsewhere. He said that I wouldn’t get a refund back from the hotel as it’s their policy. He said I could go to work in the business center instead which was on the same level as my room. But if I couldn’t connect in my room, how could i connect in the business center on the same floor? Also it’s not very convenient to be working the whole day in a business Centre when you have a room booked. He refused a refund and also did not check for another available room with working WiFi for me. He didn’t really care about the situation and didn’t seem concerned at all. It was really bad customer service for the hotels side and it ruined the stay!!

"I stayed in this apartment for one week and while it was decent in terms of space/layout, there were some notable drawbacks. The biggest issue was the proximity to the railway - the constant sound of trains passing by day and night was a bit much to handle. Additionally, the surrounding area doesn't feel very safe at night, and I wouldn't recommend walking around after dark. If you're looking for a quieter and safer location, you might want to consider other options."

We had a lovely 2 bedroom apartment on the 19th floor which gave us stunning views towards the bay and the western suburbs. The room had all that was needed for an o/night stay. The room was lovely and clean, and the beds were reasonably comfortable. One drawback was that only one of the bedrooms had double glazed windows that cut down on the noise . The other room had single glass windows and there were overnight works going on at ground level that were extremely loud and disrupted my nights sleep.
