I was upset due to the fact they had no pool but on the website here it said they had a pool… I stayed for 2 nights and both days the day was nice. Would of love to go for a swim.. I ask one of the staff what happened and they said they have been tiring to get the pool taken off the website for the last 6 months..

I have stayed here twice. The first time in a Standard Queen Room, which was more than adequate, and then the second time in a Deluxe Room. Both were good, but I thought spending the extra few dollars on a Deluxe Room was worth it. I look forward to my third stay, for sure... If you just need to "crash", then go the Standard Queen Room, but if you want to relax and live a little more, go the Deluxe Room. Staff were attentive and worthy. Great place!

Pool was filled in. No staff at reception, key was pulled out of key box by a young girl after calling motel next door. Floor not vacuumed, bathroom really old and floor / shower recess with a lot of dirt build up. Great ceilings - good make room look a lot more cheerful. Our room did not look anything like the photos on their website. False advertising to get you in. NO ONE is ever at reception. There is a number to ring and you get someone with screaming children in the back ground who are very hard to understand. You have to go to the motel next door to check in and out, and that reception is only manned after 2pm. Our toilet was leaking onto the floor - it felt like we had paid money to stay in a dirty public toilet. We asked for two beds and they had squashed three beds into a space fit for one queen. You could not walk between the beds until we moved them ourselves. There is no access for disabled people, or for people without the ability to climb stairs. They do not state this anywhere on their website. Will not be staying here again.

The room was dirty and poorly maintained. The tap for the toilet cistern, was running non stop. We had to turn off the water to the toilet to get any peace. The bedside power points did not work, therefore we were unable to use our Cpap machines. Which are vital for our health & well being. Needless our stay was a nightmare.
