My stay at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction and Meriton Suites Adelaide Street was honestly one of the best parts of my Australia trip. From the moment I checked in, the staff was welcoming, professional, and always willing to help with recommendations and questions. The rooms were spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with amazing city views and everything needed to feel comfortable for an extended stay. I also loved how convenient the locations were. In Sydney, being close to Bondi Junction made it easy to explore the beaches, restaurants, and public transportation. In Brisbane, the location was perfect for walking to South Bank, restaurants, nightlife, and sightseeing spots around the city. Both properties felt safe, quiet, and well-maintained. The amenities really made the experience stand out as well. The pools, gym, and overall atmosphere gave a luxury feel without being overwhelming. After long travel days and exploring Australia, it was nice coming back to a place that actually felt relaxing and comfortable. Overall, Meriton Suites exceeded my expectations and made my Australia experience even better. I would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Sydney or Brisbane looking for a clean, modern, and convenient place to stay.

A wonderful stay - we are a family of five and this accommodation met our needs completely. The location was perfect - a 5 minute walk to Westfield Bondi Junction which my children loved, and with public transport links at street level below the apartment block. It was also a 10 minute drive to Bondi and other beaches. It was clean, modern, and had everything we needed, including a washing machine and tumble dryer, oven, grill, coffee machine - we were able to cater for ourselves and it was good not to have to eat out all of the time. The swimming pool was clean and rarely used, so we had it to ourselves. The gym was much appreciated by my teenage son! There were two lovely balconies, one which was enclosed and had views out to the harbour where we ate breakfast each morning, and one which was open. We really loved our stay here and wouldn't hesitate to stay here again if we return to Sydney one day.

Overall a good value place to stay. There was a washer and dryer which was a must for us, however no airer for delicates. There were some issues with our room, some they could fix, some they couldn't while we were there. There are a suitable selection of pots and pans for cooking. Its location in central Bondi Junction makes it great for popping out for meals if your don't want to cook.

we stayed in tower 1 of the meriton hotel, while all the staff were friendly and helpful. our room was dated, not clean, we found broken glass on the floor in the kitchen from a previous stay. The washing machine has stained a lot of our white clothes. Our room never had the floors cleaned in 16 days.

The room was ok. It was tricky to get to reception area , luckily there was another customer who shared information. Had issues with tv Comcast, not always reliable. The best thing about this hotel is that it is directly over bus and train station.Quick and easy to get to Sydney harbour.

Overall an excellent apartment with lovely view towards Sydney Harbour. Spacious and well equipped. However 2 aspects let it down - poor security from the street allowing free access to the guest areas as there was no requirement to use your room card to access the lifts. Bizarrely to access the lift FROM our floor to reception required a card to operate the lift. The other negative was some aspects of cleanliness in the room. Stains on the outside of the fridge door, bedside table covered in dust and a very worn and grubby bedroom carpet. Leisure facilities were ok but the pool water looked dirty.

Well equipped studio room. It suited my needs well due to its location and great public transport options right there. It only took 30 mins to get to the domestic terminal at the airport on the train. Very quick to get into the city on the train and easy bus ride to Bondi.

We stayed at Meriton Suites Bondi Junction from Feb 18–21 and were disappointed with the service. Housekeeping did not make our bed on the second day despite our request. On the third day, we called multiple times to have our rubbish emptied and toiletries replenished, but nothing was actioned. We were eventually told late at night to dispose of the rubbish ourselves after being given unclear directions. Instead of resolving our requests, security knocked on our door around 11:15 PM regarding a noise complaint while we were simply sorting rubbish and settling our children. The interaction felt intimidating and unnecessary. It was frustrating that a noise complaint was handled faster than our repeated service requests. We do want to commend Isabella, Soyam, and Mateo for being welcoming and helpful. Unfortunately, aside from them, the overall stay did not reflect the standard of service we expected.
