We stayed there for 3 days during (7/10 to 10/10 ) school holidays with two granddaughters who loved the area. This was the first time we stayed at a holiday park during school holidays, I was a bit concerned with noise and crowds. However we had found that was not an issue at all. The facility was very well maintained. Lovely big pool. The unit got everything, spacious, clean and very comfortable. The beach was so closed, could hear the waves at night! I would definitely recommend.

I've stayed at this caravan park numerous times over the years, both in cabins and camping, and have always enjoyed it. However, I would never stay in a standard cabin again - they are small, shabby (numerous holes in walls badly plastered over, holes in door), lacking facilities (no cooktop so had to use the camp kitchen, tiny bathroom) and poorly located near the children's jumping pillow (the air compressor on all day) and the service area (bins crashing from early on etc). Not a restful stay. On the plus side it was clean and the bed was quite comfortable. The website needs to be more up front on what is offered so people realise & can make an informed choice before booking. I was also told on check in that I couldn't upgrade because I'd booked through a third party provider - the park was nowhere near full, so this seemed inflexible and unhelpful. I won't be back.

Would be a great caravan park to take our dog! Beach is spectacular! My disappointment came from the small things. The Thai food van out the front took our order but must have lost it as it took a lot longer than our friends who ordered at the same time- so they were packed up and finished before we started. Coffee van was not there on a Sunday morning. There are no shops (we found) in walking distance so this made things harder and if I knew would have packed coffee and food. We arrived after 6pm so missed staff for check in so maybe would have been told. Cabin was a little run down but it was clean. Pool was nice, and park has a family feel with lots of pet dogs! Beach was lovely too!

Horrific. Do not ever stay here if you have an after hours check in, make sure you arrive during regular business hours while the regular customer service staff are working - do not arrive after hours. Their after hours phone does not work so if the staff forget to leave your key out you have no way of contacting anyone. We were left stranded and had no choice but to make enough noise that eventually an overnight care taker was woken up. The care taker abused and swore at us because I expressed I was angry and disappointed at the lack of professionalism and that not having the after hours phone connected wasn’t acceptable. She was extremely defensive and kept saying that the phone just cut in and out of service. Not a single bit of empathy which of course made me more angry. She didn’t deal with my being stern with her, instead of apologising she just told me to get f*** and refused to give us our key and told us to get the f*** off the property. It was extremely frightening. We contacted police because of how threatened we felt to advise them of the situation and what had happened. We ended up with no accommodation because we were so scared we quickly left, thankfully we have old friends in the area we went and stayed with. Thank you to the reception staff the next day who were wonderful with promptly refunding us and apologising for the behaviour.

The cleanliness and safeness was a top priority having a small toddler. We all loved it. Can’t wait to come back.
