It’s an older building and the kitchen/bathroom in our unit (#43) aren’t new, but they are well maintained and functional. The 180 degree beach view was spectacular. Being walking distance to everything Mooloolaba has to offer was great. The parking space for our unit was easy to get in & out of (not all parking spaces are created equal). The unit was equiped with everything we need. Coles supermarket is a short walk away.

Property was good for our purpose. The only reason I marked down on 'staff' is that there weren't really any there when I was there. The people I did interact with were very nice. There were issues with Expedia providing my contact details and so I didn't receive the correct check in information. Thankfully an off-duty staff was able to support us as we arrived after 5pm when the office closes.

-Before arrival at accommodation was called to say that they were short staffed for cleaning and could I delay arrival. -On arrival charged an extra $300 bond that I had not be advised about. Receptionist said it would have been somewhere in the small print if I had have read it. -I had booked a two room apartment for one night but on arrival in room the 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were locked off with a sign saying if we were requiring an extra room we would be charged an extra $150 per room. - Rang reception to explain that I had paid for 2 rooms but only the master was accessible. Reception had closed so had to ring after hours. -After 20 minutes of investigation, after hours informed me that I had been given the wrong room and we would need to vacate the apartment and move to another apartment. Asked if we could return the room to how it was before entry, return the keys to the after hours key slot, find an envelope for another family who was yet to arrive, swap the keys over and vacate the designated parking spot to move to the new allocated apartment parking. - Just as we were gathering up our things, turning the tv off and licking up, after hours rang back to say never mind, they found an alternative resolution and we could stay in the room we were in and access the second bedroom. - Once in the master suite I drew the curtains as it was dark by now and found a dirty bra, dirty men's undies and socks bunched up in the corner of the room under the window.

Was disappointed that the apartment was not at the front of the building, therefore having only 90 degree views and missing out on the cooling easterly breezes and sunrises. The apartment (unit 42) was recently renovated and the owners need to be complemented, brilliant job. Management need to give customers the option of choosing the front apartments or the one we got when making a booking. Overall we had a great time though, love Mooloolaba

Our apartment was fully renovated and absolutely beautiful. The position of the building was so convenient and the view was incredible. The only downside was the cleanliness of the shared facilities. The pool and spa downstairs were full of hair on all occasions we visited and the spa had turned green on day two, smelled, and guests continued to use it.

The unit we were it was absolutely lovely. It was fresh, clean and spacious. The furnishings were simple and fit the vibe. The view from our balcony was stunning! The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. We stayed 2 nights and had everything we needed. We have stayed in the area before and by far this was our best experience and would come again in a heartbeat. The staff were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable before checking in, during and after.

Comfortable enough. Staff lovely and helpful. Location central to the beach and all the restaurants and bars that Mooloolaba has to offer. Stayed in a 3 bedroom superior apartment. Apartment felt a little dirty and like it needed a good clean and scrub. Some parts of the apartment were newish and renovated other parts were old and dated. Some stains on bedding and towels. Disappointed with apartment supplies-a 5 night stay for 5 people and only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied along with 2 kitchen bin bags, no tissues - it’s the little things when traveling that help. We bought what we needed, but for the price we paid we expected more. Air conditioning box sat on the small balcony, so when switched on blew hot air over the balcony making it difficult to sit outside to enjoy the incredible view, yes we could of turned the air con off but with weather warming up to 33 degrees and very high humidity we shouldn’t of had to choose. Overall our stay was ok. I’d give it 3 stars.

The appartments are close to all ammenities but the bedroom setup is terrible as it is right beside the neighbors patio and I had the misfortune of them playing music and their conversation till 2.30 in the morning. No sleep.

A lot of parking spots were unsuitable for normal SUV cars. Staff were lovely and helpful. Some maintenance needed eg one door to pool was broken, tennis court unclean (possum poo and leaves etc). Overall ok

A little dated & room certainly wasn't furnished like the pics on the website, glass door didn’t shut properly as it needs new rollers

I loved this hotel and the views. I think the option to not get toilet paper is a little off. Loved the pool.
