The staff were helpful and friendly the property is centrally located with all the services we needed in close proximity.

This was good but we paid for the extra guest service and the bed is a single roll out bed and not sufficient for an adult. It would be fine for one night but no longer. Other than that a great stay.

My room had a really bad smell of mould. Room was aged. Restaurant had so many flies and air con not working.
The office staff were wonderful and gave me a new room on day 2.

The location of Peppers is very convenient to shop and ferry terminal. We have stayed here 4 times and have always had rooms on other side of hotel which were much quiter than this trip as we had a room overlooking the public car park and ferry terminal. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Very friendly staff. Nice facilities. Quiet. Good breakfast. We stayed for a week, and our reservation mentioned "WEEKLY HOUSEKEEPING", so we thought they would come to clean or at least change towels halfway through our stay, but the cleaning staff never came. We would have liked them to clean our room at least once during our stay.

Great location right next to the ferry and bus service on Magnetic island. Clean room and comfortable bed. Pool is huge although a few more sun beds would be great, the second smaller pool is a bit more crowded. Loved the breakfast option, and lovely dining area for drinks and dinner. Always my preferred option on Magnetic island

The staff is so polite and nice to interact with. They held our luggage after checkout so we could continue exploring (they offer to do so before your room is ready too). The breakfast buffet was the best ive ever had. My only regret is not booking more nights to experience all of the other amenities. I will definitely be back!

Nice Hotel Room and plenty of Space.
The shower was not cleaned when I arrived at the Hotel. I waited until the next morning for Cleaners to clean the Shower. The Cleaners were 1 hour late.
Secondly some of the staff were Rude and not helpful. Others were friendly.
