The room is big with cooking facility, has daily room service which is better than most apartments. The hotel staff is friendly and helpful, it was easy to arrange late check in since our flight was delayed

Great place to stay in Melbourne. Have stayed here several times. Great service and they are so helpful. Love the personal touches. Always a lovely note. The apartment has everything you need to make for a comfortable stay. My preferred place to stay when I am in Melbourne.

We had a pet room. It was not very clean, persistant odour. The hygiene was not good, stains on tiles in bathroom from previous tenants. Carpet was very old and dirty on foot. Poor water pressure from shower. Faculty TV. If only proper investment to maintain the property matched what is charged. Not fully sound proofed, we had pipes next to our room, with running water noise. We could hear everything in the hallway. Location was great. Good to bring dogs along. Spacious room. Close to transport. Easy parking. Service did their best.

Staff were lovely and helpful, and the rooms are well appointed however rooms were very noisy with quite a few hairs on bathroom sink and a few on top of the bed (as if the person making up the room had just had a haircut!). Overall stay was ok but hearing a lot of wardrobe doors in other rooms opening and closing through the night and people showering was not ideal.

The room was large, comfortable in climate, and very clean! The cooking facilities were clean and easy to use. The bed had fresh linen, good quality pillows and super comfortable mattress. The staff had all been so lovely to my wife and I, leaving us a handwritten welcome notes each day, welcome chocolates. I really recommend this property

We loved our stay at Quest! Loved the apartment, the new-ish building, late night check in was a breeze, very friendly customer service. We had a patio (ground floor) and all necessities. The only obvious disadvantage is distance to the downtown of Melbourne and airport. The hotel is steps from the tram stations, so that’s easy, but ride to CBD takes close to 50 mins. Despite of the distance, we loved the property so much, we would stay again!
