The property being a historical building for absolutely gorgeous, but in staying that, the services within the room were dated, low pressure with hot water and took a while for it get hot once turned on. Rooms were on the small side, on the main road, which is handy, with the downside of the noise from traffic and road works. Rooms are not acoustically built.

Property had excellent location for our needs, access to UNSW. However, the property looked much better online than in person, and was not particularly good value for money. Some unexpected surprises - no elevator, AC was not running in our room on arrival on a hot day, bathroom fan super noisy and switches on with light. Positive points were location - close to UNSW, shops, transport - and that it had good sound insulation - quiet rooms despite being on a busy intersection.

Great location with cafes and UNSW close by . However room was a 2 star. Very small bathroom and everything while clean was quite shabby.

This is my 3rd time staying here, it’s nice place and convenient location. Just ashamed, this time I was in the to front room, a bit noisy from traffic.
