Property is tied, needs painting, stained carpet, pins painting through in places. Would not recommend or stay again, lucky it was only for two nights. Catfishing but using current photos. Very disappointing evrn for te money paid.

Our stay was comfortable and incident free. Check-in was easy, we liked the onsite secure undercover parking. We visited after the drive from NSW and arrived in the rain, so it was good the get out of the car and enjoy the view from the room. We were in brisbane for the tour de brisbane cycling event and to visit some friends. The next night we enjoyed dinner out at the persian restaurant just around the corner across the roma st gardens. Maybe on our next stay, the pool renovation will be complete and we relax around that.

The other area's like tennis court was run down, cracks in cement, weeds, just run down. The gym smelt terrible and machines were old and clunky. The photos looked ok online, but definitely needs a massi e renovation and annnoyed that there was no mention of the pool not being open. Nice to stay so close to the city and suncorp, thats about all.

I knew the property was dated and that did not worry me, however I found the cleaning left a lot to be desired. The floor was very sticky, I like to go barefoot in my room and my feet were absolutely black within a short period of time. I know it is guests responsibility to clean dishes, but these were not up to standard. The aircon was very noisy and when opening door, there was an exhaust shaft below that was equally noisy. On the plus side, secure undercover parking was included and the Spring Hill loop bus easy to access. The property is close to the hospital so if you were visiting or having a procedure it would be convenient. The view was excellent, it was nice not to have a building beside looking in. I chose this property as I had a function nearby but quite unlikely to stay again.

We only stayed x1 night but the apartment was clean, a little outdated but I would stay there again. First time in Brisbane the view was very nice.

Very noisy but unfortunately couldn’t open doors onto the balcony as there were people smoking above. Ac was stuck on heating so it was a bit of an uncomfortable three nights. Also there was a barking dog on the same floor. Rooms are big. Microwave is useful. Close to private hospitals.

Room smelt like smoke, but other than that. Everything was good.
