it was all fine,clean and unit was exactly as the photo showen.which was nice.the people who own the units or run them are doing alot of work in the garden area,which when finished should make the outside look alot better.

Willow Deene is comfortable and well supplied. The kitchen has a good selection of crockery and it is well heated. Its location is a pleasant walk from the Centre of Bright.

We paid for a room with a queen and three singles but we were clearly allocated the wrong room. Only two singles and a queen. The final scenario meant we had a cheap single mattress on the floor which I really wanted to avoid in a town filled with spiders (of which we had a few in the property).
Besides this, the space is comfortable and location very handy. Very quiet area and you can walk within minutes to everything.

Apartments are perfectly sized and the beds are excellent - very comfy, no sagging, lovely soft sheets.

The property was great! The bed was very comfy and I especially enjoyed the fact that the heater was on before arrival and the beds had electric heaters. I would very happily stay there again 😊

the unit is in central to town, how ever the property is very old and the kitchen sink and the bathroom very dirty. windows was dirt and some windows unable to open. I will not be recommending
for any of my family or friends, was very disappointed
with the kind of money you spend.
