Enjoyed the stay, was value for money for the off season. Not sure I would want to pay three times the amount in the high season though. Enjoyed easy access to pool from the room. Enjoyed the facility overall. Pool was great.

The pool area was fantastic, all very child friendly, the pools were heated meaning could even use on the cooler days. Unfortunately the first room we were checked into (ground floor level E) smelt of stale cigarette smoke (one of the owners of one of the apartments smokes), it took 2 hours to get moved, after lots of back and forth which was very disappointing. However the following day the manager was very apologetic and gave us complimentary breakfast, coffee, wine etc. The rooms were otherwise clean, comfy beds, friendly staff 😊

The carpet was badly stained. The toilet seat was wonky. The walls need to be painted. The air conditioner was noisy. There was only one bedside table. The bathroom was not well designed. There wasn’t a fly wire on the sliding door, making it uncomfortable to have the door open for a breeze. The cafe was nice, the food was nice but the breakfast portions were too small. The staff were very nice. The pool was nice. The outdoor walkways need to be regrouted. The price was far too high for this room.

Hotel was ok we liked the location and the pools. The sunbeds round the pool were hard plastic so very uncomfortable. Also everything in the room needed updating the carpet was full of stains, balcony funiture was rusty, moldy parts of the bathroom. Check in also seemed very chaotic being passed from person to person to the. Try and sell you the Wyndham Club.

We liked the pools, arcade, and location. The sales/marketing team were aggressively seeking to sell us 'promotional offers', made us attend presentations about Club Wyndham 'holiday ownership', promising gifts which were partly denied, and treated disrespectfully after we did not sign up.

Had a great stay with our family (2 adults, 2 kids (3 and 6 years old). Kids loved both the outdoor and indoor pools. Loved the convenience being able to prepare meals as we had an apartment. TVs in both living and bedrooms so kids had their own space. Clean & modern facilities. 10/10

Check in was hostile. Instructions on parking were provided by an employee whose English was very difficult to understand and information inaccurate. There was no parking spaces available when we checked in mid afternoon. . The restaurant was beyond belief. You claim to be 4 star but the “ dining options” were the dream menu of a 8 year old boy. Heated up frozen sea food !!! Really. The insect screen in our suite was broken. The refrigerator freezer was totally iced up. It had not been defrosted in a long time. Very disappointed in the property and the service provided. As a hotel executive myself I would suggest you require serious staff training.

Rooms were dirty. car park is first in first situatuation. If you miss out on a car park you have to park in a beach car park with no lighting accross the road. We suspect the pool and spa are not cleaned to a standard by a proessional.

Overall a good experience, had to take 1 star away because when we went to check in at 3pm the 'room wasnt ready' - it was ready about 25mins after that but still if you have a 3pm check in which is somewhat late you should be ready at 3pm Otherwise staff where friendly, place was fairly clean and facilities are fantastic esp if you have children. The car park can be a 'bit' of a squeeze but overall id stay here again.

Firstly housekeeping was amazing; we spoke with staff and thanked them. The intrusive noise level from the next room door was terrible and the slamming doors!!!!!! Our room described as a ‘deluxe king room suite’ was so underwhelming. There was certainly a king size bed but moving around in the remaining space was laughable. This wasn’t our first stay but it was a most disappointing stay.

The only problem we had was parking. The hotel had a parking facility but we weren’t able to use it since we had a 12 passenger van that was too high to drive into the structure. This problem is unlikely to affect most quests.
