I accidentally booked this Adina serviced apartment as I had meant to book the other Adina Apartment hotel tht I stayed for a couple of weeks, a few years ago. The difference in this apartment is tht it is a serviced apartment that is serviced every three to four days. The apartment was large and very tastefully decorated. It was nearer to the Hbf and so had similar transportation conveniences. This one had a common laundry facility that required an app to be downloaded, and to be paid online. My only gripe was tht there was no coffee or tea, though I recommend just walking 3 mins to the nearby bakery to get one. As noted by others, reception wasn’t exactly the warmest but they were not rude. All in all, I still prefer the other Adina (though it was more expensive) as that had a restaurant and bar and laundry facilities in the room!

Very good value ands great location for the station. However, there were some annoying elements. The showers were not warm in the late evening and the air con constantly cycled on and off to maintain any given temperature. Sheets felt quite uncomfortable due to the protective sheet underneath. Especially in the new hot weather.

Positives: Location was good, close to Belvedere Palace, train station and great public transport links that are very quick into the centre. Room was large and spacious with a desk and table to woe from. Negatives: The check in was slow and there were long lines and waiting times. This could easily be resolved with more staffing or sharing check in links in advance, so crazy they have done nothing about it. No facility for making coffee in-room. To me this is a basic essential found in most accommodation across Europe. The fact I have paid for a studio with a kitchen, then at a minimum I expect to be able to make a cups of coffee. There was even a dishwasher and a microwave, and yet no coffee machine, or cafetière/french press. It’s a big miss for me as it’s such a basic and convenient item. Also not impressed that I had to argue the case at reception to then borrow a French press! Otherwise you should pay 25 euros for a kitchen box!

Everything was fine. The apartment was very cozy. Very conveniently located near the station. You have a supermarket and a place to eat walking distance. You can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out which allows you to have a wander before leaving.

The room was big enough to allow access from both sides of the bed but was fixed against the wall, not helpful. Items in kitchen area were in very high cupboards that an average woman of 5’ 2” could not reach. A couple of coat hooks in long cupboard by door would have been of benefit. But overall very good.

Nice hotel in a great location. The studio apartment was cozy and had everything I needed. The front desk hosts were welcoming and helpful. I unfortunately had some noisy upstairs neighbors who stomped around for a little while, but that can happen almost anywhere. It was peaceful otherwise. Overall, I can easily recommend the hotel for anyone who wants to stay in the area.
