Very friendly staff, spacious renovated room, property walking distance to several local attractions. Only constructive feedback would be the air conditioner needs to be looked at- takes several hours for the room to be cool enough to sleep.

Great location. Awesome view of the mountains from the room. Cleaning and room maintenance was poor.the sink was not cleaned, the coffee and sugar packets were not repleted. The saucers still had coffee stains.we stayed 3 days and had a packed schedule. A nice cup of coffee for our early start would have been nice. The front desk staff were very friendly on the day of our check in

The hotel stay was very pleasant. Our room had an absolutely stunning view of the mountains. The room was spacious, romantic and gorgeous with big wide windows. They have a roof bar/restaurant on site with great views as well. The sauna to reset/relax is another great addition to enjoy during the stay. The staff were extremely helpful, friendly. We loved our stay and would highly recommend this property

Very good hotel located five minutes walk from the main train station. Big windows with beautiful views of the mountain straight ahead. The rooftop restaurant and bar are very lively and a great place to spend mornings and evenings. Lots of options for breakfast on the tall floor as well. Being near the train station makes it very convenient to see local places. Highly recommend a 30 minute ride to the village of Seefeld.

Some really good things about his hotel, the location is great really central, the shower in the room fantastic, beds really comfy and rooftop bar one of he best in Innsbruck. But,pillows awful, no real lobby as such so doesn't feel like a hotel and we didn't get our room cleaned for the three days we were there and had to ask for a clean towel. Hence, 4 out of 5 could be great with a few tweaks!

This choice was a bust. And I rarely leave reviews, good or bad. Many cool hotels in Innsbruck, and this isn’t one of them, except for the rooftop bar with spectacular view. The location is weird and although every room gets some mountain view, it’s also overlooking the huge train station below, which can be noisy. We were promised a VIP booking based on key points thru hotels.com (a room upgrade if available, complimentary bottle of champagne, etc.). None of that happened, but the real disappointment was rude service and almost no attention to detail. Room was dusty, drapery broken, comforter stained, no coffee maker in the room which we were told doesn’t come standard with a “classic room” but just a tea kettle and two packets of instant coffee. No big deal, but when we requested more, they never complied. Spa is lovely if you’re ok with full frontal co-ed nudity in steam and saunas. Open from 4-8pm but no attendants. Only one masseur so spots limited. Spend your $250 per night elsewhere and stop at Adler for a drink on the roof if you’re curious.

The hotel has an amazing view, my room, sauna and restaurant. The restaurant has a processor and provide fresh veggies to be made into juice which is a wonderful delight. Only wish the hotel can provide more towels I went to the service point room to get more towels

Adlers Hotel has an awesome location—just a short walk from the train station and super central. The rooftop restaurant and the spa on the upper floors are definitely a treat, and the view from the huge windows is absolutely stunning! Staff were really friendly and helpful, and everything ran smoothly. The room was clean, comfy, and well looked after. All in all, a great place to stay—would totally come back!
