The staff were very friendly and polite. It made us feel very comfortable and it was a warm pleasant experience. The accommodation is immaculately clean. I would recommend to anyone andcwill definitely return.

An absolute favourite hotel of mine. The hotel itself is great, the food is good, the drinks are great, the location is beautiful.
The thing that keeps me coming back though is the staff, the welcome and the friendliness I have always had. It goes such a long way.

Totally fantastic! The place is beautiful, comfortable and super clean. We loved the swimming pool and spa. Also enjoyed sitting out in the garden. The breakfast was delicious with a large variety of options. We wanted to stay longer. A small fridge in the room would have been nice to have but is not essential for us.

We liked all the facilities and the staff were lovely, for us a room with a balcony with afternoon sun would have been nice, but thats a minor point, our biggest irritation was a family sat next to us in the dining area, who let their young child run around screaming, picking up serving utensils and dropping them on the floor, the parents then put them back in the food area to be reused, not ideal for guests using the utensils afterwards and dangerous having a young child running around with hot food around. Overall we would thoroughly recommend the hotel, the staff and would certainly consider returning in the future.

Nice hotel is close to ski areas. Good breakfast and dinner, there is also some food 3 to 5 pm. Free parking. Grocery stores are about 10 minutes walk. One of the best pool-sauna complex is in 5 minutes driving.

What a great find! Small but cosy. Clean, modern rooms. Great facilities with a very modern sauna and pool. The menu is of the traditional kind and very good, as was the wine. Continental style breakfast was good too. Sort of stumbled across this place and was very glad I did!

Great hotel, very comfortable beds, lovely decor, clean, friendly and professional staff. Breakfast selection was ace, and the gym, pool and jacuzzi were also fantastic.For the price we paid, we were absolutely delighted. Only quibble was no tea-making facility in the room.

Family runned hotel beautiful situated in the stubai alps. Very friendly staff in reception and restaurant. Food is typical local and well cooked. Breakfast buffé is great and has everything you need for a good start. Rooms are clean and nice. Cleaning is impeccable.

A really nice authentic Austrian hotel beautiful situated in The Valley.
Nice clean rooms with newly renovated bathrooms.
Housekeeping did a great job.
Great breakfast buffet with a wide variety of food.
Swimmingpool and a couple of different sauna was great to relax in after a day in the mountains.
Easy to park outside the hotel.
Dinner was excellent and well priced.
Very dog friendly too.
We will definitely head back.
